  In my experience, Bridge is extremely shady in their business dealings. I do not recommend doing business of any kind with them. If you are already unlucky enough to be stuck working with them in some fashion, be sure to have an attorney on retainer; you're probably going to need one before you're through. Serving them with legal papers is likely the only way to get a straight answer from anyone who works here. Stay far, far away.

  There is a serious lack of communication between the staff, and from the staff to the tenants. The fact that this company seems to have a very high turnover rate for employees probably is a factor in the lack of any communication. The simple maintenance requests can be taken care of in a reasonably fast pace, but anything more than a clogged drain took at least a month to get fixed, and only got fixed after multiple phone calls and showing up in person to their office during that month (or more). They also lost our keys twice during the 7-1/2 months we rented from them (we broke our lease early), and had to make copies from ours. I am a very patient person, but the incompetence of this management company was not something I could deal with anymore.
