- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The only reason I gave 1 star is because there is no option for 0 stars. I never did get anyone to answer my phone call at this branch. Had to call a different branch just to get a simple question answered. It took the other branch 7 phone calls just to answer the phone. I don't bank at BOA but my mortgage is with them. I needed to get an insurance check endorsed to release the funds to me. Was told by the other branch to come here and it would be simple. Got here and was told they don't have the stamp and that their stamp was sent elsewhere a couple years ago. Wow. Just wow!By Jeremy Fish, January 31, 2018
